AP21 Error Code 5014: Name Line is too long

Error: AP21 Error Code 5014: Name Line is too long

Why You’re Seeing This Error:

Apparel21 only allows up to 20 characters for name fields. If your name field exceeds this limit, the error will be triggered.

How to Resolve:

1. Go into DotApparel and in orders, search for the order
2. Scroll down and toggle "customer" the edit the "firstName"
3. Edit the name to shorten it
4. Click green tick to confirm
5. Once confirmed, scroll to the bottom of the payload and select Save Changes
6. Once saved, select Upload to Apparel21 from Apparel21 dropdown to push amended order to AP21
