ERROR: AP21 Error Code 5006: Email already exists for another person
Why You’re Seeing This Error:
This error can occur if the email address listed on the order is already linked to a person record in AP21.
How to Resolve:
Search the customer’s email address in AP21 and if the person record exists, please ensure the person record is set to “WEB Customer” in AP21.
Once completed you will be able push out this order and assign to the existing person record.
If you are still having trouble, you will need to reach out to your AP21 support
