AP21 Error Code 5014: Address Line is too long

Error: "Size of field Address is too long"

Why You’re Seeing This Error:

Apparel21 limits the address line fields to a maximum of 50 characters. If your address exceeds this limit, the error will be triggered.

How to Resolve:

1. Go into DotApparel and in orders, search for the order
2. Scroll down and toggle "shippingAddress" then edit the "address1"
3. Edit the address to shorten it
   • If the address is genuinely too long to shorten, you can split the address between Address 1 and Address 2 lines.
4. Click the green arrow to confirm
5. Do the same for "billingAddress"
6. Scroll to the bottom of the payload and select Update Changes to finalise
7. Once completed, select Upload to Apparel21 under the Apparel21 dropdown
