Viewing Inventory Levels per SKU

To check real-time inventory levels for a specific SKU, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Products.
  2. Search for the product.
  3. Click on the product.
  4. Select the specific variant to view its in-store inventory levels.

Applying Inventory Buffers

You now have several options for applying inventory buffers using the Inventory Mapping tool. Here’s how you can set them up:


Buffer Options:

  • SKU-level: Set inventory buffers for individual SKUs.
  • Store Location: Set buffers by store location, which is recommended for easier tracking.
  • Inventory Mapping Tool: Use custom rules for inventory buffers based on specific conditions.



Applying Buffers by SKU-Level:

  1. Go to the Inventorysection, which has two tabs:
    • All: View each SKU as a line item. Click on any line item to set or view its inventory buffer.
    • Inventory Buffer: This lists all applied SKU-level inventory buffers.
  2. Select a SKU to open a pop-up window where you can edit the buffer for that specific SKU.

Applying Buffers by Store Location:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select Shopify Locations.
  3. Choose the desired location to apply an inventory buffer.



Applying Buffers Using Inventory Mappings:

  1. Navigate to Inventory > Mappings.
  2. Set up rules for IgnoreSync (to skip syncing certain inventory) or InventoryBuffer(to create buffers under specific conditions).
